The Directorate of the Special Operational Force in the State Police recently finalized 3 operations for the capture of dangerous citizens, declared internationally wanted.
As a result of the coordination of information and operational actions, with the counterparts of the Italian Police and those of the Swedish Police, within the police operation "Operation 22", the following citizens were located and arrested:
- Ylli Zherri alias Ylli Gjuci, 32 years old, born in Mamurras. He was caught in Mamurras, after the Court of Varese in Italy, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotics", carried out within the criminal organization;
Lumnije Freskina alias Lumnije Danaj, 60 years old, was also arrested in Shkodër. She was arrested in Shkodër, after the Court of Appeal of Florence, Italy, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotics", committed within the criminal organization;
The third person arrested is Swedish citizen Ahmad Farhan, 37 years old. The court of Orebro in Sweden has issued an arrest warrant for him, for the criminal offense "Serious threat to murder".
Interpol Tirana is cooperating with counterparts in Italy and Sweden, to finalize the extradition procedures of these citizens. (A2 Televizion)
