Marisa Nito, the wife of the businessman Elman Abule, was the next person to give explanations to the SPAK on account of the investigation centered on the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj and his family members. Nito appeared at SPAK as a person with knowledge, where he stayed for more than 4 hours. At the exit she refused to give any comment to the media.
According to SPAK, Nito is one of the close contacts of Mayor Veliaj's wife, and for this reason she and her husband were also subject to inspection by SPAK, in accordance with the court decision of December 5.
