The Court of Korça has ordered the security measure of arrest and imprisonment for 59-year-old Anesti Sala from the village of Pojan, who was arrested three days ago for sexual harassment of a 13-year-old girl.
The prosecution requested for the 59-year-old the security measure of arrest and imprisonment, a request that was accepted by the court. The appointed defender mainly requested a lighter security measure for Sala, who during the hearing denied having sexually harassed the minor.
The 59-year-old claimed that he was a regular user of alcohol and the day he had a conflict with the 13-year-old's grandmother, due to her harassment, he was drunk.
Anesti Sala was arrested by the local police for sexual harassment of a minor from the same village, after the denunciation of her family members. (A2 Televizion)
