A year after assets worth around 2 million euros were seized, including thousands of hectares of land, apartments, parking lots, 12 cars and bank accounts, a 37-year-old man in Fier has also had a luxury vehicle confiscated.
The Fier Prosecutor's Office announces that a 'Lamborghini Urus Mansory' vehicle, which was transported from Dubai to Albania through third parties, has been seized from Arbër Muça.
"The Prosecutor's Office at the Fier Court of First Instance, following investigations in criminal proceedings no. 1162, dated 15.10.2020 for the criminal offense "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" provided for by article 287 of the Penal Code, seized the vehicle type 'Lamborghini Urus Mansory', belonging to citizen AM
This prosecution has mainly registered property proceeding no. 3 of 2024, based on law no. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the prevention and suppression of organized crime and trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against property" and the seizure of the luxury car came one year after previous seizures of movable assets (vehicles, jewelry and monetary values) and immovable property worth about 2 million Euros of citizen AM. The luxury vehicle was seized by decision dated 10.07.2025 and it turns out to have been modified by the Mansory factory and was brought to Albania from Dubai, hiding through third parties", the prosecution reports.
According to Albanian authorities, the 37-year-old is suspected of having benefited from these assets from criminal activities in the field of narcotics, carried out outside Albania.
