The Vlora Prosecutor's Office has requested prison arrest, a request accepted by Judge Bevil Beqiraj, who presided over the security measure session, ordering prison arrest.
Referring to the incident, the 40-year-old is suspected of having, together with another citizen for whom criminal proceedings have been initiated, incited the 15-year-old and two other minor girls, 15 and 16 years old, to consume narcotics. (A2 Televizion)
