SPAK demands that MP Gazment Bardhi be found guilty of "defamation" against Edmond Sula, the former head of the Shkodra Police, and acquitted of "insult".
In today's session, after the partial reopening of the judicial review, the court administered SPAK's response to the SKY ECC codes claimed by MP Bardhi.
SPAK has confirmed that the relevant codes belong to the file of a case under investigation, but due to investigative secrecy, it has not made the content of the requested conversations available.
Sulaj sued Bardhi for "defamation" and "insult" due to the latter's statements at a plenary session of the Parliament in September 2024, where he claimed that Sulaj had been appointed by gangs to head the Shkodra police. (A2 Televizion)
