The opening of the Murriz tunnel to traffic has increased the flow of traffic towards the Dibra area, and with it the irresponsible behavior of drivers while driving on Arbri Road.
The Traffic Police informs that this road axis is monitored with drones, radars, cameras, intelligent cars and patrols 24/7, with the aim of preventing road accidents.
The announcement highlights that over the last two weeks, 165 drivers have been punished in the Murriz Tunnel with an administrative fine of 40,000 new lek and a deduction of 15 points from their driving license.
It is also clarified that in cooperation with tunnel maintenance administrators, movements in the tunnels are being monitored 24/7 and the footage from the tunnel cameras and radars is managed by the Traffic Police. (A2 Televizion)
