The Constitutional Court held this Thursday the session to determine finally whether the acts obtained from the "SKY ECC" application on account of investigations by SPAK, should be considered legal or not.
This issue was submitted to the Constitutional Court by Pëllumb Gjoka. In the announcement of the Constitutional Court, it is emphasized that the "individual constitutional appeal, the requests and other acts presented by the petitioner, the violations of the interested subjects and the acts presented by them, and after administering all the evidence presented by the parties, closed the judicial review and withdrew for making the decision". Meanwhile, the decision will be communicated to the parties according to the legal rules and deadlines.
The materials coming from France and Belgium, with hundreds of bundles containing communications of criminal groups, were used by SPAK to make a series of arrests, claiming to solve dozens of criminal events. (A2 Televizion)
