Waste bins on "Aqif Pasha" Boulevard, near a supermarket and at the "1 Majit" intersection in the city of Elbasan, were engulfed in flames one after the other this Tuesday evening.
A2 CNN learns that the fires are suspected to be intentional. The flames spread rapidly, causing plumes of smoke, which created concern among residents of the area. Firefighters arrived at the scene and neutralized and extinguished the flames. The real causes of the fire are still unknown.
One of the main leads is deliberate arson, and security camera footage is being reviewed to identify the suspected arsonists. (A2 Televizion)
