A knife attack occurred this evening in Korça. A2 CNN learns that 40-year-old Ergyst Shtylla went to the hospital for medical attention after being stabbed by an unidentified citizen.
The incident is reported to have occurred near the Korça Cathedral, where a person still unidentified by the police shot 40-year-old Ergyst Shtylla three times, leaving him seriously injured.
40-year-old Shtylla is currently in the Korça hospital in the intensive care unit, where he is undergoing surgery.
The police are pursuing the perpetrator, while two people are reported to have been escorted by the police for questioning regarding the incident that occurred on "Republika" Boulevard in Korça.

At around 20:15, citizen E. Sh., 40 years old, went to the hospital for medical assistance, suspected of having been injured with a cutting tool, a knife, by an unidentified citizen.
The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident, identify and capture the perpetrator.
