Midnight stabbing in Tirana

A 37-year-old man was stabbed in Tirana late last night.

Through a statement, the Police announced that they have arrested the suspected perpetrator of the incident and have seized the knife with which he is suspected of having attacked.

The suspected perpetrator is a 28-year-old man, who was found to be under house arrest for the criminal offense of "Irregular Driving".

The injured party received medical assistance and fortunately is out of danger, while the procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.

Tirana - A 37-year-old man was injured at midnight with a cutting tool (knife) for weak motives, the suspected perpetrator was caught and put in handcuffs.

The arrested person was under house arrest for the criminal offense of "Irregular Driving".

The cutting tool with which the perpetrator injured the 37-year-old man is found and seized.

Immediately after the notification at around 00:10, of an injury with a cutting tool, on “Ndre Mjeda” street, the services of the Police Commissariat No. 2, organized the work and immediately went to the scene. As a result of rapid investigative and operational actions, the suspected perpetrator of the injury of the 37-year-old was identified, arrested and escorted.

At the conclusion of the first investigative actions, the Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Commissariat No. 2 arrested citizen GP, ​​28 years old, resident of Tirana.

Further verifications revealed that citizen GP was under house arrest for the criminal offense of "Irregular Driving".

The injured person has received medical assistance and is out of danger.
