The Special Court Against Corruption has fulfilled the request of the Prosecution and has left in force the security measure of mandatory appearance for businessman Sokol Kryeziu, in connection with the file against Erion Veliaj.
The court also orders the person under investigation, Sokol Kryeziu, to appear before judicial police officers at the National Bureau of Investigation, on the first and fourth Friday of each month at 2:45 p.m.
Kryeziu was abroad at the time the GJKKO signed the measures requested by SPAK, as he has returned to Albania to implement the "compulsory appearance" measure.
Sokol Kryeziu of the company "Gerard-A" is part of Erion Veliaj's file. He bought 50 million lek worth of paintings from "NAN Gallery", which is controlled by Ajola Xoxa, while previously he was a sweeper at the General Directorate of Green Cleaning, a loading and unloading worker or an invoicer.
