For this reason, the prefect of the Shkodra district, Majlinda Angoni, in a meeting with the Anti-Cannabis Task Force, requested that each of the members of this task force take responsibility for removing this black spot, as she called it.
"It is unfortunate that the Shkodra region is one of the regions with the highest level of cannabis cultivation. Therefore, I have a message for all heads of institutions, for all mayors, to take concrete responsibilities according to the law that defines them, to be in the first steps of preventing this act," said Angoni.
Meanwhile, the director of the Shkodra District Police called for closer cooperation between local institutions and directorates, as only in this way can this criminal activity be effectively attacked, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
