Smiling and unconcerned about the handcuffs, Safet Bajri arrived at the Tirana Police Department on Friday afternoon after being arrested in Shkodra on the orders of SPAK, A2 CNN reports.
Bajri is suspected of being involved in several criminal events, but there has not yet been an official announcement from SPAK regarding the charges against him.
A few days ago, on the orders of SPAK, RENEA conducted searches in several places in Shkodra, including Bajri's apartment. The searches were carried out on behalf of the investigation into the Dobraç massacre, where Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, as well as the couple Bashkim and Flutura Basha, lost their lives in an assassination attempt.
The case was initially investigated by the Shkodra Prosecution Office, which after a few weeks declared incompetence on the suspicion that the murder was committed by a structured criminal group and transferred the file to the Special Prosecution Office. (A2 Televizion)
