Three real estate properties owned by a citizen, suspected of having their source in criminal activities, are being seized, writes A2 CNN.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Section of the Vlora Police Department, in cooperation with the Saranda Prosecution Office, in continuation of the work to identify and seize assets obtained from illegal/criminal activities, within the framework of the fight against corruption and organized crime, after detailed investigative and tracing work, has executed the decision to seize several assets suspected of criminal origin.
In this context, the assets of citizen RL, 44 years old, resident of Saranda, with a criminal record in the field of narcotics, were seized, specifically:
• 1 building with an area of 21 m²;
• 1 plot of land with an area of 100 m²;
• 1 commercial entity with areas of activity: car wash and car trade.
Investigations continue to uncover the source of these assets of citizen RL.
The procedural materials were passed on to the Saranda Prosecutor's Office for further action. (A2 Televizion)
