Two 19-year-old citizens were arrested by the Shkodra Police, after allegedly exploiting two minor citizens, aged 16 and 14, for sexual intercourse in exchange for payment.
Through a statement, the Police announced that both of these citizens were residents of the village of Koplik i Siperm, while one of them, during the search, was also found to be in possession of a quantity of narcotics, writes A2 CNN.
Meanwhile, investigations continue to fully document this case and the materials were passed to the prosecution for further investigative actions.

Shkodër DVP - Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Sector arrested in flagrante delicto citizens SC, 19 years old, and AK, 19 years old, both residents of the village of Koplik i Sipërm.
From the investigations conducted for several weeks, led by the Shkodra Prosecution Office, it is suspected that these citizens were exploiting two underage citizens, 16 years old and 14 years old, for sexual intercourse, in return for payment.
During the physical search, a small amount of suspected cannabis was found on citizen AK, which was seized as material evidence.
Investigations are ongoing to fully document this case.
The procedural materials were referred to the Shkodra Prosecution Office, for the criminal offenses of "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors", "Prostitution" and "Production and sale of narcotics". (A2 Televizion)
