The Special Court of Appeals postpones until May 8 the review of SPAK's appeal against the decision that forces the Special Structure to register an investigation against former minister Olta Xhaçka and her husband Artan Gaçi.
The Special Prosecution Office opposed the decision of the Special Court of First Instance, which on April 1, 2025 ordered the registration of a criminal complaint and the initiation of investigations against the couple, in connection with the construction of a seaside resort, previously announced by the government as a "strategic investment".
