A serial robber, who robbed a store in the capital several times over a four-month period, has been arrested by police.

According to the police, the 40-year-old arrested stole accessories worth around 11,200 euros, and was previously convicted for the same crime.

"Following the intensive investigative work being carried out by the Tirana Police structures, to uncover the thefts and to bring their perpetrators to criminal responsibility, Police Commissariat No. 1 finalized the "Logo" operation. During the operation, citizen E.(D.) D., 40 years old, resident of Tirana, was identified, arrested and put in handcuffs. He is suspected of having stolen 7 pairs of glasses worth around 11,200 euros from the same store over the last 4 months," the police explain.

Meanwhile, the Blues are continuing their investigations to uncover other thefts that the 40-year-old may have committed. (A2 Televizion)
