A 43-year-old man who was declared an international wanted man has been arrested by the police. A2 CNN reports that Ergys Likaj, a resident of Durrës, was arrested in Pogradec.
He is wanted by Italian authorities, after in 2016, the Rome courts assigned the 43-year-old the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Criminal organization" and "Drug trafficking".
Interpol Tirana is cooperating with Interpol Rome to finalize the extradition procedure of this citizen to Italy.

The Court of Rome/Italy, in 2016, has assigned the security measure "Prison Arrest" to this citizen, for the criminal offenses of "Criminal Organization" and "Drug Trafficking", provided for by the Italian Criminal Code.
