A day after her family members reported her missing, the Kukes police found a 26-year-old woman drowned in the canal of the Orgjosti hydropower plant.
"On 17.12.2024, in the channel of the Orgjost hydropower plant, in the village of Orgjost, a citizen of MO, 26 years old, living in the village of Kosharisht, was found dead. In the afternoon of 16.12.2024, at the Kukës Police Station, the family members of this citizen filed a complaint about her leaving the apartment and losing contact with her," informs the police.
During the examination by the forensic expert, no signs of violence or other injuries were found on the girl's body. From the investigative actions so far, it is suspected that this citizen committed suicide. (A2 Televizion)
