A 36-year-old man has lost his life in Bulqiza after being shot with a shotgun in a forest. It is learned that he was transported to the hospital, but died in a helicopter on the way due to his injuries.
"On 16.01.2025, at around 12.00, a report was received that in the forest of the village of Tërnova e Vogël in Bulqizë, citizen VK, 36 years old, was wounded with a shotgun (double), who, as a result of the injuries sustained, lost his life during transportation by helicopter to the hospital," the police announced.
Police inform that the perpetrator of the incident is a relative of the 36-year-old.
"From the initial investigative actions, it has resulted that the suspected perpetrator of the incident is citizen FK, 34 years old (relative to citizen VK), who has been accompanied to the Police Station for further actions," the announcement further states.
The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office continues its actions at the scene to clarify and fully document this event. (A2 Televizion)
