Two people have been arrested by the Durrës police on charges of theft. The first is a 22-year-old woman who stole a large amount of money from a bar in neighborhood no. 1 of the coastal city.
"Crime Investigation Specialists of the Durrës Police Station arrested citizen BQ, 22 years old, resident of Durrës, after stealing a large amount of money from a bar in neighborhood no. 1, Durrës," the Police announced.
Meanwhile, a 35-year-old man from Kavaja was arrested after being caught red-handed stealing from an apartment. He is suspected of also stealing from another apartment.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Kavaja Police Commissariat arrested citizen DB, 35 years old, resident of Kavaja, after he was caught red-handed stealing from the apartment of citizen MB. Also, from the investigative actions, it is suspected that this citizen has also stolen from another apartment," the Police announced.
The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further action. (A2 Televizion)
