Durrës was shaken this Tuesday by a shooting that occurred in the early hours of the morning in neighborhood no. 18 of the coastal city. The victim was Ermir Dedja, who died in hospital after not surviving his injuries.
A2 CNN has provided footage from the scene, where the 29-year-old, according to sources from the Durrës Police, was killed in an assassination attempt.
There are numerous police forces, forensic experts and bullet marks on the glass of a door. Meanwhile, the entire area is surrounded by crime scene tape.
The motives and perpetrators of this event are still unknown, but Dedja was a well-known name for the Blues of Durrës.
Meanwhile, a special investigative group has been set up to identify and capture the perpetrator.
Neighborhood 18, otherwise known as Spitallë, belongs to the outskirts of Durrës, where there is a total lack of lighting and identification becomes more difficult.
" On 20.05.2025, at 00:50, in neighborhood no. 18 Durrës, citizen ED, 29 years old, was shot with a firearm, who died in hospital. Police services went to the scene and checks are continuing to capture the perpetrator/s ", the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
