Former Democratic MP, Xhemal Gjunkshi appeared at SPAK this morning. It is learned that he will denounce the electoral crimes of the Mayor of Peshkopi, Rrahim Spahiu, the Director of Municipal Services, Bedri Kamberi, and the President of the Luzni Administrative Unit, Labinot Murrja. In a statement to journalists after leaving SPAK, Gjunkshi stated that SPAK should bring to justice anyone involved in these crimes, while also bringing to attention file 184.
"We are here to bring the voice of the citizens. File 184 is an open file, the Prime Minister of the country is directly involved. The DP has filed a complaint and the procedures are being followed. SPAK should take the necessary steps and one day the Prime Minister of the country should come here. The specific case; the complaint that I have made is not yet the mayor, he is the pivot. I believe that it is an issue that SPAK should continue. It is the duty of SPAK to carry out its duty with professionalism. Based on those facts and documents, to bring to justice anyone; whether a minister or a former minister who has held a public position in this administration."
Gjunkshi emphasized that the people of Dibra will not forgive Rama's statements and said that the DP in Dibra will receive 4 mandates, while the SP will only receive one mandate.
