A 24-year-old man was put in handcuffs as a result of unraveling eight criminal events in the field of theft and destruction of property by five citizens who acted in a group.
It is learned that it is about 24-year-old Kledis Dibra, who is accused of being a co-author in the burning of four vehicles, and in committing six thefts in apartments in Vaun e Dejës in Shkodër.
In the meantime, we remember that within the framework of this operation, three other citizens were placed in handcuffs the day before.

From the investigations, it is suspected that the 24-year-old and citizens RG, GD, FJ (arrested yesterday) and AN (still wanted), organized as a group, on 18.11.2022 and 10.01.2023, burned 4 vehicles, while during the period September-November 2023, they stole sums of money and personal belongings, in 6 apartments, in Vaun e Dejës and in Shkodër.
The work for the capture of the AN citizen continues, and in cooperation with the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, investigations are being carried out to clarify and legally prove other criminal events against property and wealth that these citizens may have committed.
