A serious event was recorded on Monday in Pukë, where members of two families collided with each other with hard objects, and as a result three of them were injured, namely Florin Zefi, Bardhe Zefi and Kol Marku.
The images of this fight have circulated in the media, where the members of the two families are seen, who collide with each other, while holding scythes and axes in their hands. We remind you that the incident took place the day before in the village of Gjegjan, where it is suspected that the Marku and Zefi families clashed over property issues.
In relation to the serious incident, the police have also reacted, which informs that three of them have been arrested in the act, while the investigation continues to fully elucidate the causes of this incident.
Reaction of the State Police:
Following the preliminary information given last night, about a conflict between some citizens, in the village of Gjegjan, we inform you that the crime investigation specialists of the Pukë Police Station have carried out investigative actions to clarify the circumstances of this conflict. Following the actions, citizens were arrested in the act: KM, 55 years old and FZ, 36 years old, both residents of the village of Gjegjan, Pukë.
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens have conflicted for ownership reasons. Due to the use of strong objects during the conflict, these two citizens and the citizen BZ (mother of the citizen FZ), who received treatment and are out of danger for life, were injured.
Also, it is suspected that the citizen KK (the son of the citizen KM) is also involved in this conflict. The police continue the work for his capture and complete documentation of the circumstances of the conflict.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions, for the criminal offense "Intentional light injury". (A2 Televizion)
