A fire broke out in the electrical substation of Draçin in Shkodër, causing power outages in several areas of the city.
The causes of the fire still remain unclear, but it is suspected that it may have been caused by a fault in the substation's equipment. The fire also involved two other electrical substations, worsening the situation.
