After almost 100 days of isolation in Fier prison, former democratic deputy Ervin Salianji was visited this Thursday by democratic leader Sali Berisha.
With a bag full of books, the leader of the opposition together with the number two of the Democratic Party, Flamur Nokë, crossed the threshold of the Fier prison. After more than an hour of meeting, Berisha told the journalists that the isolation has not discouraged former MP Ervin Salianji.
"His determination in this battle is complete and unwavering, we talked about the continuation of our battle and this battle will end when Fatmir Xhafaj and the Rama clan receive the deserved punishment", declared Berisha.
As if to show that he has not been forgotten even though he is in prison, the democratic leader emphasized that it is not for nothing that the Salianji case is the headline of international resolutions supporting the PD cause.
"The Salianji case is sanctioned in the 3 most powerful international resolutions voted for a country, in which Albania is branded as a narco-state, branded as a state of political imprisonment, branded as a country where crime and the state are a joint venture", u says Berisha.
He showed once again that he has no faith in justice.
"It's a measure of dictatorship, I'm not the one who says it, but it's three world resolutions".
And he promised to continue the battle in the name of the imprisoned democrat, declaring certainty of victory on May 11.
"As much as the frost can resist the sun, the regime can resist the popular momentum".
The democratic leader used this visit to the Fier prison to give a message for better conditions for the prisoners, but also to meet the citizens. (A2 Televizion)
