Rama, like Toto Rina, has handed Albania over to crime, while the country faces existential risks. From Rome, where he is in a meeting with the diaspora, Sali Berisha accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of using crime to defeat Albanians with the aim of maintaining his power.
"Today in the prime minister's office there is not a government official, there is not an Albanian citizen. My friends, today the head of government could absolutely be called Toto Rino, whatever you want. This is Edi Rama. Edi Rama has handed Albania over to crime in the tradition of his fathers, who considered political crime, hanging on a rope, execution before firing squads useful. Edi Rama uses crime today to defeat Albanians today for his power. Today, the Albanian Toto Rino or the Albanian El Chapo at the head of the government multiplies Albanian citizens by zero. He shares property and every fabulous wealth with traffickers, he shares it with criminals, he shares it with his clans. My friends, the dangers of Albania today are existential dangers. "Albania has always had dangers, but this time all the dangers have been embodied in one man and this man is the Albanian El Chapo or the Albanian Toto Rino ," said Berisha as he expressed his belief that Albanians will emerge as masters of their country.
"I have also come to you with full confidence to share with you the great dangers that our beloved country, Albania, faces. I have come to you convinced that every patriotic Albanian is born by his mother to love Albania. I have come with the full conviction that every Albanian is born by his mother to be the master of Albania," said the democratic leader.
In his speech to the diaspora, which is voting for the first time in the May 11 elections, Berisha praised Italy's assistance to our country and promised new projects in the future.
"With the Italian government, we have signed hundreds of cooperation agreements in all fields, but we have also undertaken ventures of strategic importance for Europe, such as the TAP gas pipeline. Future projects will be even bigger."
Even the Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, speaking at the meeting with the diaspora in Rome, called on Albanians to register and vote in the May 11 elections.
"With your vote we will defeat the regime, we will replace the regime with a European democracy. Your vote will stop the expulsion of Albanians from Albania, it will stop the expulsion of young people. With your vote we will defeat the narco-state on May 11, so just one call to each one of you, register, it is the only way to give back to the regime that expelled you from Albania. Together we will free Albania from the political scum that erodes into luxury, we will free Albania from a drug-addicted regime that feeds on the poorest people in Europe."
