The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has held a series of meetings during his stay in Germany, where he participated in the 37th CDU Congress in Berlin.
Berisha's most important meeting was with the CDU's candidate for chancellor, Frederic Merz, while today, he has published photos from his meetings with several European officials.
During the visit, Berisha met with the Prime Minister of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Hendrik Wüst, former MEP Elmar Brok, and German Bundestag member Volkmar Klein.
He also held meetings with former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Berlin Mayor Kai Wegner.
We recall that for this trip to Germany, Berisha received permission from SPAK, so that he would not have to appear at the Special Prosecution Office, after the imposition of the 'compulsory appearance' measure.
This marks the first visit outside Albania for Berisha since the lifting of the "house arrest" security measure, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
