Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has stated that after the DP comes to power, they will conduct an Elon Musk-style audit in the US, in order to return the money to Albanians.
Berisha made the comments during his speech where the "Black Book of the Renaissance" was presented, a project of the Brain Gain Department, which, according to the DP, is a detailed document on the failures and scandals of the current government.
Berisha also said that the Rama government of these 12 years is the biggest pyramid of fraud in history after Enver Hoxha.

These days I was reading a speech by President Trump.
What did he say? President Trump said the worst is the liar. The worst of all. He took your time and listed the evils of the liar one by one.
But if you imagine these 12 years for a moment, these are the biggest pyramid of fraud in history after Enver Hoxha.
Therefore, the Black Book not only presents to Albanians the evils of this regime, but the Black Book presents to Albanians the great potential that exists for the DP, the necessity of an Elon Musk-type audit in order to return the money to Albanians and Albania.
And I guarantee you that this will happen.
