Sali Berisha has stated that there are 3 conditions for him to appear at the GjKKO, after the charge brought against him for "abuse of duty". This reaction of Berisha comes after the request submitted to the Assembly by GJKKO for his questioning on the issue of the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.
If the conditions are met, which are the exclusion from the case of judge Irena Gjoka, the removal of the measure that prohibits him from moving from the state and being questioned by the Assembly, then he shows that he is ready to sign the document himself and will appear in court.
"Should the judge be removed for conflict of interest, the request for my obligation to appear and the removal of the right to go abroad be brought to the parliament and I will vote for them myself, but why are there judges who do not even have the law nor morals, I cannot violate the Constitution or the laws of the country, this is not aimed at Berisha, but the tragedy for every Albanian, when the law is broken for the leader of the opposition, what can a citizen suffer", he said.
He threw serious accusations at the judge of the case, Irena Gjoka. He claims that he dismissed him from office in 1996, but according to him, Gjoka did not declare it. He is therefore addressed with a public question.
"The judge, the disgrace of Albanian and European justice, and the world, should not hide behind her crime, but declare in the name of legal obligation whether or not she was dismissed in 1996 for violating the law and corruption. To come out and declare, human shame, I know what she said to the lawyers "I'm not resigning because you didn't bring me proof that I was fired". She has no conscience, for what she has done and now she is holding on to the promise she made to Edi Rama. I was prime minister and president and those who worked with me had an order, will not accept anything contrary to the law. Poor slave of Rama", said Berisha. (A2 Televizion)
