The Special Court has sent a letter to the Parliament of Albania requesting the questioning of Sali Berisha, who is under investigation for the privatization of the former Partizani complex. The letter is dated November 10.
The letter was sent the day before and was taken from the protocol of the Assembly.
Through this document provided by A2 CNN, GJKKO asks the Assembly to inform MP Sali Berisha about the decision given by this court, that of the obligation to appear.
We remind you that Berisha is accused by SPAK of corruption related to the Partizani case, where he was also banned from leaving the country.
