The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said that his trip to Italy and Greece was a journey towards victory.
Berisha made the comments through a statement to the media, where he said that in the halls filled with Albanians he found an enthusiasm similar to that of 1991, writes A2 CNN.
Berisha also said that the motto that on May 11, Albania is saved there was deeply embedded in the entire being of Albanian immigrants and the diaspora.

I am before you today to present my trip to Italy and Greece as the trip, I would say, the most amazing, the most exciting, the most energizing of all my visits.
The journey to the diaspora is a journey towards endless human sacrifice, human longing, human suffering, unquenchable longing, but also various kinds of pain.
But, the journey to the diaspora is a journey towards the amazing success of Albanians.
There he meets Albanian citizens who are in their first attempts to build their dream.
But it also includes those who have built a grand dream and have become a big name in the city, in the region, and perhaps even in all of Italy and Greece.
But now, since we are in the campaign, what I can tell you is that on this trip I found that support, that burst of energy and optimism, that enthusiasm, which is identical to the electoral enthusiasm of 1991.
One cannot imagine the explosion of emotions, optimism, determination, and enthusiasm that Albania will be saved in these elections.
The motto that on May 11, Albania is saved was deeply ingrained in the entire being of Albanian immigrants and the diaspora.
Therefore, I cannot help but call this journey into the world of victory.
This three-day journey was a journey to victory.
