The chairman of the LZHK, also the leader of the 'Right for Development' coalition, MP Dashamir Shehi, has called on Albanians in the diaspora to participate in the elections.
Through a post on social media, as ballots are being sent to Albanian emigrants, Shehi said that Albanians should vote for change in these elections.
He also said that the 'Right for Development' coalition, with number 9 on the ballot, is the right alternative for the voice of Albanians in the diaspora to be heard.
"Friends of the diaspora, your ballots are coming your way. First, don't post on Facebook how you voted because it is illegal. Judge your vote for yourself. Second, vote for whoever you want. I am Dashamir Shehi, leader of the Right for Development coalition. We are number 9. Some of you have been following me for years. If you think you should vote for change, vote for number 9. Otherwise, the country will continue in the same situation. Vote to really change something," said Shehi.

Ballots have started to arrive to Albanian emigrants all over the world! I remind Albanians in the diaspora to vote for the values they received in the countries where they emigrated.
Hundreds of thousands of Albanians have left over the past 30 years in search of opportunities and values that Albanian governments have not offered to date. The more young people who leave, the more lost potential this country has and the more families separated. I call on every person and every family abroad to vote for a new opportunity that offers Western values in Albania.
Vote 9 so that Albanians within the country have the same dignity as people in the West. Vote 9 for equal rights. Vote 9 for higher pensions for the population remaining in this country, so that we can reduce the burden on the diaspora.
