Prime Minister Edi Rama has stated that social media personality Ilir Vrenozi is the true leader of the Democratic Party.
Rama made the comments during his speech at a meeting in Skrapar, where he said that Ilir Vrenozi's speech at the DP rally in Korça is the face and program of the Alliance for a Greater Albania.
He also said that politics owes its children an EU passport, while adding that Albanians should vote massively for the SP, regardless of whether or not they like the leader of this force, who is Rama himself.
"Today Albania has reached a place where it has never been before and today the Albanian flag is respected and appreciated and the dignity of Albania has been restored. That is why they have opened the door for their own interest, not just ours. Who is closer for them to take it and bring it inside so that they can show the world that we are expanding? It is Albania.
They have told us to do the negotiation procedures until 2027 and come on. We have the opportunity to fulfill the prophecy of Gjergj Kastrioti. And the request of all our children, the debt we have to our children, is to leave them the European passport in their hands.
