Mayors Tërmet Peçi of Tepelena and Agron Malaj of Mat have submitted their resignations to the municipality, while A2 CNN learns that the mayor of Berat, Ervin Demo, is expected to resign tomorrow.
A2 CNN has learned that three local officials will be on the SP lists for the May 11 elections. Demo will lead the Berat list as a political leader, while Tërmet Peçi, after 14 years as mayor, will run on an open list in Gjirokastër.
Agron Malaj will seek a mandate as an MP in Debar. The official SP list will be discussed on Wednesday at 18:00 at the SP presidency. (A2 Televizion)
