Prime Minister Edi Rama has included many names that are not well-known political figures in the Socialist Party's list of parliamentary candidates for the May 11 elections.
One of them is Ana Nako, principal of the Divjaka high school, who is listed on the SP's safe list for the Fier Region, writes A2 CNN.
Today, she was invited to the Chief Executive's podcast 'Flasim', where she revealed that she learned the news about running for MP from television.
She said she didn't expect to be on the Socialist Party's open list, let alone the closed one, A2 CNN reports.
Nako also revealed her husband's phone call, who, according to her, had surprised her by answering the phone, asking if she was really the one running on the SP list in Fier.

Edi Rama: Did you honestly expect to be on the list for the Fier District?
Ana Nako: Actually, I didn't expect it in the open, I didn't expect it on the closed list. I was skeptical and didn't expect it at all. I heard it on TV, but my husband is an officer and that night he was on duty and he called me and said: 'Ana, it's about you'. I told him 'since I'm the director of Divjaka, this is me, I have to be'. (A2 Televizion)
