Prime Minister Rama's attention today was focused on the inauguration of the Murriz tunnel, which shortens the distance between Tirana and Dibra to 2 hours.
The head of government, during the next conversation with followers, said that all new investments in Albania will be carried out with European standards.
"Today I am freed from a nightmare, the Hawthorn Tunnel, a trap of nature. When the work was underway, the waters broke and our deadlines were postponed. Today the endless odyssey ended. Now the staff dealing with this chronicle has barely found a few comments. Thank you to those who have not spared the positive messages. Every work that we build is only with European standards.
"We have made up our minds that we will make this country a member of the EU. We will pasport Albania into Europe with standards. This work was done with PPP and has cost the state much less, if the private sector had not incurred unforeseen expenses when the water broke in the tunnel," Rama said. (A2 Televizion)
