For a long time, Prime Minister Edi Rama had chosen not to react to the opposition action, but the fact that the international media reported the fire in the Assembly, he said that he had no choice but to remain silent. What worries him the most, Rama said at the expanded Assembly of the Socialist Party, is the fact that the opposition is excited by this because they see it as support for them. "The enthusiasm and excitement of how that flame lit in the parliament took shape in the world's media, makes me not sit without commenting on this thing, because the truth is that they have once again exported a product of extraordinary ugliness outside of Albania and those who they published it, published it as a zoological curiosity, not as a revolution. To set fire to a European parliament is a sensation, it is not discussed, it is the same as suddenly a group of people confused the parliament with a cave and started a fire, but the effect on Albania for any kind of spectator not interested in going into details , it is definitely this one, "what is this country, or how is there a possibility of parliament fire, is it worth leaving next year", to get excited about this is a shame, they have always done this.
