SPAK decides not to initiate an investigation into the complaint made by Aulon Kalaja, a Democratic Party candidate on the open list for Durrës, regarding the government's decision to forgive fines two days before the elections.
Candidate Kalaja claimed in the complaint that this government undertaking was an electoral crime.
According to SPAK, the criminal fact does not exist.
