The official welcoming ceremony for the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, who is visiting Albania within the framework of the European Political Community, has begun in Tirana.
Starmer was welcomed by Rama at the Prime Minister's Office with an official ceremony and red carpet, writes A2 CNN.
Meanwhile, during the ceremony, a brass band played the national anthems of Great Britain and Albania.
