At the press conference where they made official the coalition between "Albania Becomes" and "Nisma Thurje", Adriatik Lapaj and Endri Shabani stated that there will be no cooperation after the elections with any of the old political forces.
"The country will go to early elections. We will not be a crutch for any future government, the country will go to dignified elections, if it depends on us. Citizens will decide whether to mandate us as an opposition, small, large or a governing force. At the end of the day, we will not form a coalition with any current force," Lapaj answered the question of A2 CNN journalist Anesti Bajramemaj.
Regarding the invitation that LZHK leader Dashamir Shehi made to join his alliance with Enkelejd Alibeaj's "Right 1912", Lapaj said that there can be no cooperation in a bloc with them, but only with separate entities.
"We believe that on this journey, there should be those subjects who are not responsible for the situation in Albania to date. For this reason, we do not have a total opposition to all those subjects, but the request was drafted too broadly and cannot lead us in that direction. If Mr. Shehu or someone else can judge that we can cooperate, we are open to this, but not as a whole, not as a bloc but open case by case as a subject," Lapaj said.
