In the absence of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the Council of Ministers has approved the agreement for immigrants agreed between the Albanian and Italian governments, paving the way for its discussion in Parliament.
The executive also approved the protocol between the two governments for strengthening cooperation in the field of migration. In order to give effect to the agreement signed by Rama and Meloni in Rome for the construction of the immigrant camp in Gjadër with a capacity of 3 thousand people as well as the use of the Port of Shengjin as a landing port, it must be ratified in the Parliament with at least 71 votes.
