After the Korça Court approved the security measure "compulsory appearance" for Alti Nallbati, brother of Democratic Party MP Bledion Nallbati, the latter harshened his tone towards the prosecutor and the judge at the hearing evaluating the measure.
"The prosecutor, a former subordinate of Niko Peleshi, a person who personally dealt with the staging and falsification of this unfounded accusation, goes to court and says that I have not yet received the footage, I do not know what happened, but that a security measure be taken. I also assessed the arrest in flagrante delicto as fair, which is unfounded, and requests that a security measure be imposed, despite the fact that she herself did not administer these acts," said Nallbati.
"I am sorry that the judge became part of this political masquerade and this staging. Of course it is understandable why. The Prime Minister came to Devoll, asked for votes, spoke for an hour and did not mention anything about what he has done and will do with Devoll, but only dealt with this case. Everything was staged so that Rama would ignore his responsibility for the 12-year misgovernment."
He accused the police of manipulating the case by transferring jurisdiction to the Korça Police, even though the incident occurred in Devoll.
"The Police Director, Peleshi, are eunuchs, impotent men, who take orders and blindly follow orders from their boss, Edi Rama. I will give them the legal answer they deserve."
Nallbat and his brother were involved in a trivial incident on the road on Saturday, where they got into an argument with a truck driver, whom they accused of dangerous maneuvers on the road. (A2 Televizion)
