Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted after the news of Artan Lame's passing.
"Unbelievable, but unfortunately true, the surprising news of Artan Lame's passing. I am speechless. Condolences to Mirela, their son, and their family and mutual friends," Rama wrote on Facebook.
