In his column "Eye to Eye", Prime Minister Edi Rama has explained the reasons for some of the names that have been included in the closed list of the SP in the closed lists. One of them is Marjana Koçeku, known to the public as "neomaliësorja" who heads the SP list in the Shkodra district. In his speech, he said that she has set an example of work, turning a poor house into an extraordinary tourist destination.
