After the public hearing, Prime Minister Edi Rama discussed with Socialist MPs behind closed doors for several minutes. A2 CNN learns that Rama asked the MPs to all go out on the campaign trail, engaging everyone, both inside the country and abroad with immigrants to seek and secure the vote for the Socialist Party on May 11. He also asked for commitment regarding the organization of the Athens Fair on March 2.
A day ago, in the "Eye to Eye" section on Facebook, the Prime Minister praised the socialist patronage supporters and said that they are stronger and more committed to the May 11 elections.
During today's hearing with the rector of the Agricultural University of Kamza, Fatabardh Sallaku, Prime Minister Rama denied that the meeting was part of an electoral strategy to undermine the investigations. He stressed that he demands an independent and European justice system. (A2 Televizion)
