The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has reacted again from his cell, following his arrest on the orders of SPAK.
Through a post on his Facebook page, Veliaj makes accusations against the prosecutor in the case, Olsi Dado, who, according to him, acted as a 'hitman' on behalf of the Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha.
Calling Berisha a butcher and a scoundrel, Veliaj says that in his youth the former prime minister used to belittle the doctors who were his colleagues in exile.
Veliaj's reaction:
Dear friends, allow me to continue dismantling the farce dossier this Sunday.
Olsi Dado's blind attack on me and my family is completely a "contract killing" on behalf of Sali Fundërrina. His recklessness, laced with gross errors and unabashed malice, then the activation of the Sali Fundërrina butcher, who ironically also bears my name (Erion), made my departure from the leadership of the Municipality of Tirana a reality in the middle of the campaign.
They probably thought that by locking me up without a trial, they would shut me up, and they didn't mean it badly, because that's what Saliu did when he was scolding his fellow doctors in the internment. But, this "colleague" of mine, Ols Angoni, has no idea who he's messing with, even though he calls himself Bruce Willis the Beast and shows off his muscles to those BKH soldiers (now come on Bruce, give it to me, add this to the threats I've made to your skull wrapped in a sock).
He has no idea, you loser, and he doesn't really have any idea, but I'll teach him, like this, patiently, little by little, until the ink comes out of this mess he cooked for me and everyone disgusts him, except maybe those who use him as a tool of various kinds.
There is no doubt now that this so-called prosecutor, but in fact a "hire killer", has feverishly distributed the file filled with idiocy across the DP's online channels, before I myself have even become familiar with what is there, in that private channel of his, but today, as if it were Sunday, I am directing you to page 35, point 19, where the failed violinist writes:
"...Also, per diems to be spent abroad in official meetings, as well as travel tickets abroad, which must be purchased by the Contracting Authority, Tirana Municipality through a public procurement procedure, have been declared as income. Under these conditions, the question arises as to who covered the expenses abroad of citizen Erion Veliaj while he saved on per diems...".
What a horror to deal in 2025 with the toys of a brain like the State Security in 1975!
And imagine that this clown himself, in his 2009 wealth declaration, declares: “Income from per diems”! Not only that, but in the same declaration, Bruce Dado also declares as his income the amounts “transferred from the Council of Europe for travel per diems”. There is nothing wrong with this, let's be clear!
The bad thing is that later, when the spokesperson and the spokesperson of the prosecutor general at that time, have today armed themselves with the sword of SPAK to cut off the heads of innocent people, with arguments that only a half-idiot and half-criminal is not ashamed to write.
Referring to the income tax legislation, the term "per diem" refers to food expenses and these are what all state employees receive from the state budget itself. Which means that these are NOT procured, nor is there any way to procure them, that with the logic of this scumbag, in order to receive per diems, state employees must enter into a tender to see who receives the least amount of money for food! Do you understand how incompetent, shameless and arrogant this guy is?
On the other hand, of course, declaring a certain amount and its source as income does not mean that this amount was saved, and even more so that this amount may have been inherited by a third party... as the question surprisingly arises for this prosecutor, who should be stripped of his professional license as a dangerous element for human logic and should be granted free medical treatment for frightening amounts of water on the brain!
It is precisely the declaration, in fact, that legitimizes the expense and, conversely, failure to declare may mean that the travel expenses were covered by someone else.
Now I'm asking a few questions now that the work is done:
1. Why is the prosecutor surprised that I declared per diems as income, when I did the same myself?
2. If in my case, the prosecutor had the question: "who covered the expenses abroad of citizen Erion Veliaj while he saved on his per diems", doesn't this create a reasonable suspicion that in the case of citizen Ols Dado, we may be dealing with an individual who has made a mess of his statements?
3. Why did we say that in his case, the "diet" was a declarable income, while in my case an own goal was punishable by prison, without trial?
Further still:
- Has citizen Ols Dado traveled for services within and outside the country in recent years?
- Did he receive allowances for these trips?
- Or didn't he take them because he didn't need them?
- Because if he received them and did not declare them, at best, he made a false declaration, but at worst, the question arises for him: who covered the prosecutor's expenses so that he did not need to receive the state allowances that he is entitled to by law?
- What if you travel with inappropriate contacts and save on your per diems, rather than have others pay for them, do you have to declare them?
Heh-heh-heh Ols Violina… (A2 Televizion)
