The opening of the lists was part of the debate on A2 CNN between Adriatik Lapaj from the Albania Becomes Movement and the democratic MP Saimir Korreshi. The latter spoke in favor of opening the lists and declared his position against Berisha and Basha on this issue.
"Today I am in favor of opening the lists, I am one of the signatories of Mr. Shehi's initiative. For me, everyone should prove what their skin is worth on the field".
Asked by Lapaj why he does not hold his party accountable for uniting and opening democracy in this country, Korreshi replied that he expressed his disagreement in forums, while he considered the 2008 agreement shameful.
"I am not a supporter of Berisha than Basha. I disagree on a lot of things and I've talked about it in my forums. If it were up to me, the president would be elected by the people. The agreement of 2008 and the most shameful election of the president that has been made in this country were reaped. (A2 Televizion)
